Welcome to the Mookuthi Studio, an ode to our roots
A space reminiscent of the times gone by, reflective of the times yet to come. Where the heady fragrance of jasmine flowers greet you and warm smiles welcome you to take a seat where sunlight dances on red oxide floors. The space is a love letter to South Indian culture and tradition in all its ornate, indulgent yet simple beauty.

Let your eyes take in countless framed, preserved stories as you stroll through the space dedicated to marvels of the mookuthi and all its manifestations across times and across worlds. Take a moment as images, memories and ancestral keepsakes transport you to a time you’ve known and have always longed to belong to.
Visiting the
Mookuthi Studio
All visits are guided by professional staff and restricted to no more than ten attendees at a time. While walk ins are welcome, we recommend reaching out to our staff and scheduling your visit to secure a time all to yourself.
The studio is open for visitors 11am to 8pm from monday - saturday. Reservations are advised.
We are conveniently located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu at the Vijaya Raghava Road.
